Kristen Hill
Head of School
Kristen is a native of Norman, Oklahoma. Kristen served as Associate Director of Finance and Administration until the fall of 2015, when she took the role of Head of School. Kristen received her American Montessori Society Administrator Credential from the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies. Kristen’s husband and two children are all CMS alumni. Kristen enjoys the outdoors, gardening, camping and hiking with her family.
Crystal Álvarez Savić
School Psychologist
Director of Admissions
Crystal grew up in the desert of New Mexico. After living in the pacific north west and the mid-west she planted roots in Oklahoma when her husband accepted a job at OU in 2013. Her goal to live a life in service to others guided her towards the field of psychology. She has a B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in counseling psychology, and an Ed.S. in school psychology. She comes from a long line of educators and is an enthusiastic Montessori supporter and parent. Her specialty within psychology is the study and practice of Mindfulness. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, cooking, and being in nature.
Samantha Harding
Business Manager
Sam is a Mum, Wife, Daughter, Sister and Aunt from Manchester in the UK. She moved to Oklahoma in 2006. She met her husband online in 2003 he is from Oklahoma and at that time was about to deploy to Iraq with Army; once he returned home they met for their first adventure. The rest of that story, as they say, is history. Sam has 2 teenage boys, Xavier 15 and Logan 14, Her parents still live in the UK and her Brother lives in Australia. Sam worked at another school in Norman for 7 years with ages 3-5. She loves tea, reality shows, bees and her face furniture (glasses).
